SAT - K session - eats up 3/4 of my day.
SUN - Johor trip - whole day gone! Basically spending time there watching how my dad's and uncle's car got operated. haha.. They've added whatever accessories and components they could. Boring to me. But i had good food from the morning.
Attended a relative's wake at night. I've just blogged about her not long ago about she being hospitalised. Ya, she had pass on on sunday. Thats part of life.
Had a chance to chat with one of my rich relative. His son's (My uncle) story is really amazing.
Let me share..
He (my grandma's bro, i think he's around 60+ yrs old) and his wife are both teacher/lecturer. They've been passing their knowledge to the young ones for almost half of their life. His son is so gifted that he got one of the scholarship probably near 20 years ago. If I'm not wrong, it is the Lee Kuan Yew's scholarship. He topped his school almost every year. He was given a chance or rather sponsored to further his studies at France/London. Yes, of course he signed a bond. But he broke the bond as he was not willing to come back to Singapore. This will eventually lead to not serving national service.
He, in return, need to pay a fine of 200K! And his dad paid for him. FYI, he cannot step into Singapore until the age of 45, as he would be caught. Even after the age of 45, he need to pay a certain amount of summon to step into this island.
I guess he made the right choice tho, as his wealth is enough to cover his family another 100 years or so? haha.. He built houses of four-stories high in France and London, gave his parents a certain amount of money only once every year (Oh~ I can imagine that huge sum). I still remember going to his condo when I was a kid. It was near Harbour Front and from his balcony, the view is awesome. Merlion and cable car is just right there.

My mum then asked my dad why didn't he study hard. haha~ My dad answered: Because I love playing more than studying. Hoho.. That is why I'm in a middle-class family. haha. K, i need to be contented.

Sex and the City is good. But there is a 175mins version. I missed it~ watched the 145mins version instead. Didn't know after my colleagues mentioned. Caught it with Candy. Nice! The outline is similar with desperate housewives. I simply love this kind of shows. haha! I adore Charlotte's character, she's cute - the scream, the LOL mexico incident and the curse. Carrie's wardrobe is alittle over, she's generous - LV bag for her assistant! Miariana is dull, can't blame on her marriage. haha.. Samantha was just sexually / sightly deprived.
