weekends..

Fri
In the office till 8pm, latest ever. Actually planned to meet jen for some shopping but she's sick, so postponed to Sat instead. Since i got nothing on on Fri night, i volunteered to stay in the office to help my colleagues decorate the banner for the Charity Walk held the next day. It was quite fun to join the art and craft session. Haha, with tidbits and music accompanied.

Lala, and one of my colleague's ipod arrived just a few hours after she ordered. She was showing off to us, making us so tempted. haha.. It's a refurbished ipod with half-priced. It's so so brand new and with one year warranty~

Decided to have dinner together at bedok, asking Nicole to give us a ride there, since they can claim cab fare. No sign of taxi after waiting for 15 mins or so. We ran to the bus 5 arrving as she said that it travels to Toa payoh. But we got cheated by her as she mistaken the bus as 59. Zzz.. Conned by her another time as she told us the famous bak kut teh was just a 10mins walk from the bustop. Haha. We walked like 20mins.. But she was forgiven as the bak kut teh was really delicious or maybe we were too hungry. The whole shop was surrounded by photos of artists! You name it, they have it. haha, latest being Jay chou when he came to advertise his movie. hoho~

Got home at 1030, and i already decided to skip the Charity walk on Sat. hehe, it was way too early - 7am to reach ecp.

Sat
Met Dine and jen @ Paya Lebar. Shopped at City Plaza and This Fashion. Managed to grab 2 bottoms. Both of them too, got something they liked. =) Rushed back to watch Campus Superstar final. It was such a disappointment.

Sun
Movie 881. haha.. Mum suggested that we bring grandma to watch as it is a hokkien show. =) It was really a 'getai-musical' movie. Stories were layed out by singing those hokkien oldies song. haha, I think if you don't know hokkien, it will be quite hard for you to catch. I'm glad that i'm 'billingual'. hehe. There were so many fansiful costumes they changed~ And they appear less than 3mins every costume. I think 715 in that show is quite a nerd. Carrying that chicken to everywhere. Overall was ok, but it is definitely not my top 5 choice of movie. lol.

I happened to dl PPStream too. haha.. But their naming of movies sux, as it was owned by china people I think.. I had a difficulty finding Ratatouille and The Simpons. -_- Shall catch them in the weekends. =)

Office was quite empty as almost all colleagues went to suntec for a career talk. I suppose I do not have to go as I didn't receive any email. I'm glad I didn't join them for dinner after that as they continued with their work at Mac. I went off at 4pm silently, hoping nobody knows. But the receptionist actually said bye to me. haha, relieved.

Got home to have a bathe first. Helped Dine to print her documents, but, when luck isn't on your side, don't even expect a little shine.. My printer can't print out black ink. Zzz. In the end still have to save it in a thumbdrive for dine. Chat with her awhile and off i go to meet Valen and Matt. As usual, sp put us aeroplane..

Matt had so much interesting stories to talk about again. I think ours are nothing much compared to his. hee.. Finished our meal and chit chat till around 9plus and we decided to tag along Valen to meet her friends at serangoon pub/cafe - Liquid Kitchen. Hence, we moved down to Toa payoh for Matt to drive us down. hehe. It was always nice to have a chauffeur. The place's ambience was nice, but I think I had too full a meal before that making me abit sleepy. The drinks were abit pricy though. Played cards with them. Haha, being a gambling idiot, I played blindly and won blindly. hoho.. Matt drove us home and i've reached home around 130am.. It was pleasant to catch up with them. =)

Sat
Slept at 2plus the previous night and I had to get up at 730 the next morning. I've a dental appointment at 9am. It's been years since i visit the dental. Hate the feeling still. But this dentist was quite good. He actually explained my teeth condition to me and that my previous dentist didn't done a good job for me. While biting, there's still gap in between my teeth, which shows that it isn't perfect. And he suggest that I extract my 4 wisdom tooth. That frighten me off. haha, but he didn't force me to do it. I felt my teeth much cleaner~ =D Only paid 50bucks. hoho~

Alright, my sat and sun was either spent in front of the comp or in my comfortable bed. haha.Was chasing up with the channel U drama - shades of truth in Crunchyroll.. hehe.. i actually watched for a few hours and back to bed for about 2hrs and back to the series. Slack!Oh, if anyone of you are interested in Korean drama, I found a new one which was not bad - Coffee Prince! Cast by the young girl who acted in goong. =) Only watched till episode 2. Will continue in the weekends!

Boss is on leave today. Hurray!! But my tomorrow is burnt by 3 meetings!! -^oo^-

Low Morale..

Ok, let me summarise past week first.

Was so excited on wednesday, which is before the public holiday - National Day. Happy Belated Birthday Singapore!! hee, since im blogging way after 9th Aug. I've always been a happy child when there's a holiday during the weekdays. Haha, as we only worked for 4 days.

Caught Secret, directed and cast by Jay chou. Personally i felt that it's quite a nice movie. With a "secret" that we can't predict before watching the show. Quite touching i should say. Or maybe because the previous movie i've watched was a thumbs down one. hoho, thats why this show is really worth my money.
National day was homely. I supposed it is too crowded to go out. The usual me.
Received sam's message saying that he will be one of them rapelling down the benjamin sheares bridge. wahaha, that's a honoured job to be. So, i was waiting for the part to be shown. But.. the producer of the program didn't capture that to the audience in front of tv. dotz.. haha, but the next day, most newspaper did capture photos of the commandos doing that. This years parade was kinda long. Was yawning away in the middle of the program.

Phone is spoilt once again. FREAK. Getting out of my nerves. Zzz

Friday was the start of the bad days in office. I was told to shift to a temporary place first before my cubicle is here. Was abit unhappy about it already as i have to move here and there. Mine is a desktop not a thinkpad. And things in my drawer aren't any lesser. I was actually quite looking forward to my new cubical as the place was still empty but most importantly cosy. Unfortunately, to my surprise when i step into the office, The so called 'cubicle' was just table. Craps, it is so open and no barrier at all. *Sadded. Till now, i've yet to move yet. But its a sooner or later thing. :S

I've also agreed to try out a new role. Well, will go for training first to see whether I like anot. I hope it doesn't get worse. I want to learn something before leaving this company. Boss had straightforwardly told me that he needs me to innovate in doing work. Not just doing the same old things as before, and asked me to suggest new ideas also! Gosh.. Somehow got threatened.
Anyway, im glad that the meeting with him is over~ haha.

Tomorrow will be a better day. =D

Friday had come and past so fast. Met the K Kakis at somerset. But before that was super annoying. My stupid phone doesn't have any access to the network and i can't contact them. Freak. I thought they were late, hence, i dropby the hawker to snack first. Then, finally they could get through my phone, but they actually arrived already as they took a cab. I was still at eunos. -_- When the bad luck spotted you, it will be hard to strike off. Zzz.
We had our fastest lunch at sakae ever to rush for the 2-7pm ktv slot. Hang around at orchard area and reached home at 11 plus. We waited 518 for super duper long. :S

Sat - Hang out
Off to east point to get my phone repaired. Complained to them that i don't want to come back the third time. Zzz. Well, if the phone is still stuck with the same problem, I think I need to get a brand new one from them. LOL Anyway, they better get it done, it's so weird without a phone.I was quite listless on that day. Sleepy mode and have no urge to shop. Thats so un-me.

Sun.
Was supposed to meet aunt and cousins for dinner. Unfortunately, the 2 mums had some communication breakdown. haha. My mum told my aunt we are dining at kallang airport there, but my aunt heard kallang bahru. =_= In the end, we have separate dinners. lolz.

My grandpa is back. As usual, some problems will arise again. He had chatted awhile with me about his surgery, and his days at the hospital. Sadness just triggered me. :( But i sensed that some senile symptons happened on him. For example, we are to buy lunch and dinner for him during weekends. I've told him that my dad will buy for him and asked him what he wants. But not even 10mins later, he came to ask me again why isn't my brother buying yet. I wonder if it's his hearing problem. Zzz

Oh..and my boss offered me another role. Another decision to make. *pout...
