Yup, as according to plan, pm, dine and i headed to jas's house to surprise her. Pm and i planned so many white lies to prevent jas from sniffing something. hehe.

We waited for her for at least 30mins~ And you know the weather was so sunny and warm! We've 'sauna' for so long that i think my illness had somehow recovered as i sweat alot. We were standing in front of jas's main gate and blocked the 'peeping hole'(I don't know what is it called. lol) of the door.

We heard alot of "light cranking" sound and thought that she is opening the door. But it disappoint us every minute we tried to get ready. Finally, this birthday girl open her door, with the 3 of us wishing her Happy birthday. She looked real stunned. Then, she turned to her sis to ask if she knows this surprise. haha!
We've video-ed the incident. hehe.. Ohya, we bought her an unique bag from topshop and dine made her an unique vase filled with salt and fragrance petals? haha, duno what isit called also. Jas, pls take pictures of it. hehe

Then, went to lunch at sakae. Idle awhile in Tamp and we headed off to bugis and suntec without pm as she has class in the evening. I just got to know that Seiyu in Bugis had become BHG. Hmm.. think is brought over by them and "the edge" in Bugis have closed down and maybe renovating into several restaurant. And Metro in Century square is changing into Seiyu as well.

Ok, back to that day, we've toured around the basement of Suntec many times to decide what to eat. We're so hungry that we went Bens and Jerry for some snacks while waiting for jen to arrive as she's still having a meeting. Till 8pm, we went in Crystal jade without jen as 3 hungry souls can't take it anymore. haha. Jen joined us in awhile. She came in furiously as her work place has some irritating 'p-itch'.
Why is there always someone that makes our days miserable at work. Haiz.. Luckily she's alright after spitting her unhappiness to us. =)

26th Apr
The next day i was sick. Didn't sleep much the whole night. In the end, my mc was taken in the mist heavy rain. Zzzz.. Bad bad day.. Took the medicine and continue to sleep for another 3hrs.

My grandpa did the heart bypass operation. Was shocked when my dad told me that as i always thought this is a very dangerous surgury.

Visited him in the evening. He was still in the ICU ward. My very first time in the ICU ward. I think that life is really fragile upon seeing all the patients there. None of them is consious and what makes me heart-breaking is that many tubes were in the mouth, nose, and arms. Euuuu.. Felt so sorry for them. One patient was just pushed in and the situation was just like what it is on TV. Many nurses and doctors rushing to the patient. Hmmz..

That includes my grandpa as well. We were not allowed to go into the room and could only stand outside to look. Many high-tech machines were beside him. *sobz.. The area was super duper cold! Omy.. i guess this can't be help as there are too many machines around.

About the opt:
Around 4hrs. As 3 arteries were blocked inside him, they only managed to remove the 1 that is clot. That is the main artery. In that case, he can only rely on medicine to control the relapse. Reason for not removing the other 2 is because it is very risky. It is not possible as to clear the 2 arteries, the doctor must clamp his heart, meaning his heart-beat will stop for some moment. And this will directly cause stroke if the patient can't take it. Hence, it is a unpredictable case and besides, my grandpa is very old. Heard from my dad that the doctors will implant some veins from his leg to the arteries. Don't know if its true..

The doctor said that the big tube from his mouth can be remove if he's condition stabilized in the night. And this will ease his uncomfortable feeling.

My dad and aunt did went to visit my grandpa when the nurses were not around. He did gave some signs like moving his head when they asked him some questions. The anesthetic have not subsided. My dad forbids me to follow in as i'm containing some viruses. haha.

Back in the office today. Many emails from the inbox. Guess what, my domain id was locked! I'm only away from the office a day or so, and they locked my id. Zzzzz.. Must set up most of the things again. Damn irritated.
Looking at the positive side, i got a big bag of cookies from adecco and a labour day free gift (Umbrella) from IBM. lolz. Furthermore, reward that my boss gave me is finally here. But cpf is still deducted. Zzz

*waiting to knock off - 1 hr. On half day leave today to celebrate jas's birthday.

Guess what. I'm sick. Throat was abit sore yesterday, and as usual, the next day it got worse. Zzz. Why today. Zzzz

I reached the office and boss and a colleague of mine is on MC too.. Boss will be on MC tml also. Was wondering should i tml.. I've never taken any mc upon working from different companies! How nice to employ me ah. Even if i cough badly im still in the office. Ok, i know spreading germs. lolz.

Maybe is just my stupid character, i hate going to the doctor and taking so many medicines. Antibiotics are irritating as they have to be finished once u start consuming. That is why i've never eat that. This time round maybe i'll just take an mc as anyway the company's paying for it.

Free time again.

Grandpa is in the hospital once again. Since he'd discharged till now, he had been consuming a tablet that is meant for him when he's suffering chest pain. Previous night that he'd complained that his discomfort chest everyday. It must be the 3 clog arteries that is aching him.
Sigh, the only way is to admit him again and agree on the more major operation. Now still pending the doctor's checkups and appointment for him.

Ulcers popping out, and a little sore in throat! Zzz.. breakouts too.. shrugs.. Think i've been eating too much chocolates and chips! I'm having a crave for those unhealthy food this whole week. Dunno why. Been drinking lots of water to subside the heatiness, but seems that more water has cause me to become bloated. =(

ya, been very free at work lo..
Scanning through the photos my colleague brought. Envy her so much! She has been to many states in US and other countries as well! LA, New york, San Francisco, France, washington, Paris, London..
Gosh, i love their weather and food there! Seems so relax. And saw this famous big LV Bag outside the LV shop. Their food cannot be missed too.. huge portions that most singaporeans can't take it. haha.. But every dish i see is heavenly! Giant burgers, fries, crabs, lobsters.. *Droolzz.. Maybe that's the reason why i'm craving for snacks.
I also want to go there~ Any rich guys out there want to sponsor me?? LOL! Im just day dreaming.. Day dreaming is healthy.. hahaha, it makes one feel happy~ keke..

Anyone knows of where to download desperate housewives season 3? It's getting more exciting~ And i can't wait for every next episodes. hahaha. And while browsing my colleague's photos, the universal studio has a scene of where the DH was filmed! Cool..

Boss is coming back next monday. Bad days are coming back?

Anyway i shall enjoy this last slacking week. Aww, sometimes i wish i have a thinkpad too, coz seeing the others can work from home, making my heart feeling itchy. lolz. Luckily im staying quite near my office. Nvm, i can save my electrical bills working in office. *comforting myself.

I forgot to update my outing last saturday. Haha, met some of the c071 peeps to have geylang's famous beef hor fun! Oh gosh, we've been craving and talking about it since 2years ago! Can you imagine? Finally had a taste of it. And guess what, it pours so heavily just on time. Zzzz. Kinda wet when we reached the place.Yes! It is fantastic~ Never regret going.. *Yummy! Ordered a big plate of hor fun and some side dishes~ Was only half full as our next station is the tau huey and you tiao. *droolz..
As you all know, Geylang has nothing that interest us, hence, with antz, the 'floor head snake' of the place, we sort of tour around while waiting for ju n ivan to join us for tau huey. It's quite dangerous walking along those dark alleys, but it was fun for some *site-seeing. LOL. It reminds us of those days when we walked the same stretch after concert. Miss those concert days~ So high!!
After the tau huey, we cracked our brains of where to go.. Ended up walking a distance to the 24hrs KFC. Having a drink and mixed talk.

Home at 12am. Began to love the night life. But singapore night life is just so limited. SIANzZz.

Omen

I guess omen had strike me again.. I think if you're given a day of happiness, your next few days will not be as good. This is something i've always encounter, i wonder if it applies to all. =(

-Friday the 13th-
Everything went quite smoothly as i thought that it would end smoothly too. But i was very wrong. =_= Met my scs ex-colleagues for dinner. Organized by that Idiotic B. It was his birthday that day. My friend say just go as to show face and have dinner awhile. K, i went. DotzZz, it was so embarassing after the dinner (It wasn't any better during dinner as i was sitting infront of him *Eeek).
We were deciding where to go, when ju and i saw something on his hand. As we thought something is amiss, ju drag me to siam B. I was fast enough to say bye to all and run into Kenny roger, where ju's ex-boss was working there - A reason to go in. lolz.

But poor shanz was grabbed by B as he wanted to ask shanz to pass me that thing he was holding. Ok, we think that it was the photo album he made as jen and shanz had hint me about it. He's so irritating as you can see, i've already clear cut with him twice!! And does he need me to say it thrice?!? $^&*(%*. He's not only disturbing me but my friends too. Shan's arm was reddish thanks to him. Shanz turned down his help and he asked david to do the job. But i rejected it all the way standing in the middle of the resturant! So paiseh lor~ I quickly asked david to get out of the place, and there's no way i would keep that pressie.

They said that his face was black and it will be his unforgettable birthday. but i dun give a damn. If you all remember, he had gave me a pair of goong bears before, and they're still growing mould at my friend's house. =X He always ask for opinion of if he's suppose to do this and that, but in the end he will just do his own way. Then whats the use? *guys out there please listen to opinions~ if you insist, then don't ever ask. If not, will be irritated by we girls.

Ju's ex-boss was cute and nice.. haha.. after she knew what happen, her reaction was so big when she saw B. She told me, dun bother about him and i have better choices. LOL. Which i agree very much. hehe. Shanz and me have blocked him in msn. haha~ I don't think i'll ever meet him again, even if it's in a group. If only friendster can block too. Is there any?
Ok enough of that..

Another thing is regarding my family matter.
Hmm, my mum and grandparents can't really get along well since she was married. Things never got any better till now after more than 20years. Thats a very saddening thing especially now when my grandpa is frailing each day. Now that he can't go down to buy food, he can only rely on us to help him with his meals. But my mum yesterday told him off to ask him to cook a simple meal himself like he always did last time (coz we're planning to meet our aunt for dinner). Haiz, what's wrong with spending just less than 30mins to buy food for him. Don't understand her.. If she's old and i treat her this way what will she feels. *sobz sobz.. I shouted at my mum saying that he's weak and can't cook la.. just go buy lor.. Zzz. My dad as usual, never speak much. =_= And my mum just grumble that its so troublesome. *Pout.

But i think my grandpa is kind of stubborn too. Coz my aunt persuaded him to stay a short stint at her place so that there will be someone at home to look after him rather than my house. As my brother is starting school today, he'll be alone at home.

Long time since i've ever use this word in the office. haha! Yesh, im feeling bored this 2 days as you know that i've returned to my original position. Moreover, month end is just over and workload is of coz much lighter. Besides, boss and team lead isn't around. Stress-free finally!

Hmm.. seems that my grandpa's memory is getting worse each day. He had always forget to turn off either the tap(he would turn on to the max fyi.) or the lights. Now, it happens everyday that yesterday, my mum told me that my tap water was left running throughout the night. -_- I think this month's pub bills gonna shoot right up.Reminding him of that doesn't works. Had told him umpteen times but of no effect. And he would get angry sometimes. Well, what we can do is only to remind ourselves to check on the lights and tap. haha..

Met the girls yesterday to pass the birthday girl the birthday present - overall from topshop. =) Dine bought the vintage mirror and we added ideas on it. *winkz

Ok.. laziness is back. =P

Lalala.. Anyway, my grandpa has discharged from the hospital. The adults are still planning if they should precede him with a balloony operation that will take higher risks as he had 3 arteries clogged. The doctor advised him not to go anywhere at least for this week. He needs plenty of rest. My aunt had sort of ‘told him off’ as he’s really very panic over small matters. And forgetful as well, as our tap is always on ‘ON’ mode. Haiz.. old people, can’t be helped in some ways I guess. But hope that he will eat more veges and fruits..

Ok, last Thursday worked till around 230 and our team need to evacuate to east coast park for this STU bbq session. Zzzz.. Anyone bbq-ing at 3plus? Haiyo.. Waited till 4plus and they wanted to play games. My colleague helped me to get out of the place as I need to go down to the hospital at that time. Managed to call my dad and picked me up early. Hehe.. Hopefully my boss doesn’t know about it. Anyway he’s on leave for this 2 whole weeks. YEAH!

Met the gals in the evening for an advance birthday celebration for pm. Surprised her with a little cake, and thanks the crew of café catel to help us bring out the cake. Lolz.
Hope she enjoyed this little bit of celebration.

And yesterday was fun. Haha.. Met dine first for minghui’s 21st birthday at her house. Stayed for a short stint and headed to meet jen. Walked around till the shop closed. =P Bought a skirt on impulse? Coz its 13.20 after discount.. Girls just can’t tempt all these discounts.. hehe..

Then, dine(not b.i.m*bleahz) in at the so called HK café and chilled out till 2plus in the morning. Wahaha..Again, we took many pics in the washroom. Hehe. Nice background mah..
Then, First time taking the Nite Owl bus. But it didn’t pass-by my house. Hence, took a cab near jen’s house and reached home at 340am. *Yawnz..

jas, i understand how u feel.. Irritated.

Ya, right i was saying that week 13 is finally over..

But my grandpa isnt any better.. He was admitted to the hospital again this morning. He had just discharged only last saturday. Haiz.. Was going to work in the morning when he suddenly complained chest pain and breathing difficulty. Rang up my dad immediately and the ambulance came by in 5mins. Attended to him and he is now warded again. 4tubes of blood gone in this week just to go for further testing. As the doctors claimed that there isn't any problems with his heart. Was complaining just now that why can't they just retrieve the blood a few days ago, and need to take another tube again. Mind them, he is old and weak already... =S
Hopefully everything is fine..

Regarding my work, had sorted out with my boss that i will continue my previous work. And he sort of agree. Felt so relieved.. And surprisingly, he rewarded me 200bucks for my effort this 2 weeks. =) Tomorrow there is a team lunch.. Treated by boss again.. Heard that we'll be having japanese cuisine.. *droolz

Rewind to last saturday.. which is my granny's birthday! This day was also my parents 22nd wedding anniversary! haha.. had treat them with sakae sushi previous day. keke..
